Who We Are

GoldHold is a product of All Auto Tunes LLC, 102 North St., Iron Ridge, WI 53035. We build persistent memory systems for AI agents. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean All Auto Tunes LLC.

What We Collect

GoldHold has a minimal data footprint. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Email address: collected when you sign up for a free or paid account.
• Account status tags: subscription tier and status, stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) for account management.
• Usage analytics: basic page views and feature usage to improve the product. No personal behavioral profiling.

That's it. We do not store payment card data (Stripe holds that. see below). Your AI memories are stored in an isolated, private namespace managed by GoldHold. We do not access or read your memory content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

What We Do NOT Collect

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality (e.g., session management). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are collected without personal identifiers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate GoldHold:

• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Pinecone: vector database hosting (your own account and API key).
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and R2 cloud storage (Vault). Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• GitHub: source code hosting and repository access. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.
• GoHighLevel (GHL): CRM for contact management and email communications. Your email address and subscription status are stored in our GHL account to manage your account and send transactional emails.

AI Agent Data

GoldHold stores data generated by your AI agents (memories, receipts, notes) in an isolated, private namespace provisioned for your account. Your data is encrypted and accessible only by your agents. No other customer can access your namespace. BYOK users store data in their own Pinecone index with their own API key.

AI agents may store any type of data in their memory namespace, including data generated autonomously without your direct input. You are solely responsible for the data your AI agents create and store. We do not monitor, moderate, review, or filter AI-generated content in your namespace.

Data Retention

We retain your account information (email, subscription status) for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain records for up to 12 months for legal and accounting purposes, then delete them. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Children's Privacy

GoldHold is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of data sales (we do not sell your data)
• Data portability
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Request restriction of processing while a complaint is being resolved

To exercise any of these rights, email support@goldhold.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: processing your email and account status to provide and manage the GoldHold service.
• Legitimate interest: basic analytics to improve the product, fraud prevention, and security.
• Consent: marketing communications (you can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link).

International Data Transfers

Your data is processed in the United States. By using GoldHold, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

The following US-based service providers may process your data:

• Pinecone: vector database (your own account)
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and cloud storage
• Stripe: payment processing
• GitHub: source code and repository access
• GoHighLevel: CRM and email communications

We rely on standard contractual arrangements and your explicit consent as the basis for these transfers.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are located in the EEA and believe we have not adequately addressed your data protection concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

As a micro entity, All Auto Tunes LLC does not have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or formal EU representative. If you are located in the EEA and have questions about your personal data, please contact us directly at support@goldhold.ai. We will respond to all data protection inquiries within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of GoldHold after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
